ESIRE – Field Service & Inspection Management Platform
iWorks designed and developed a bespoke field service and inspection management platform
for ESIRE, enabling technicians to record site visits, complete equipment testing, and
generate structured reports for clients.

ESIRE required a digital system to manage fieldworker visits to client sites, including
hospitals, where equipment inspections and testing were carried out.
The objective was to replace manual processes with a structured platform that would allow
technicians to record inspections, generate professional reports, and provide clients with
clear documentation of work completed.
